That's why we coach every week. We meet via Zoom at 14:00 (UK) every Tuesday (excluding August) for the entire 6 months.

I'm Caroline Flanagan

I was the only black pupil in an all white school from the age of 5. When I qualified as a lawyer at magic circle law firm Allen & Overy I was almost always the only person of colour in the room. But despite often being excluded and despite the stereotyping, the micro-aggressions and racism I encountered, I learned how to succeed in a white world. 

Now I use my lived experience and my coaching expertise to help people just like you to do the same. I teach you the 5 core skills and the unstoppable mindset every black lawyer needs to succeed in a white world.
