BOOK YOUR 1:1 GOAL SETTING CALL WITH CAROLINE
Your programme includes a 1 hour 1:1 call with Caroline to establish a clear goal for the programme and create your Personalised Progression Plan. Click here to book your 1:1 call.
Note: Please complete your Progression Audit (Step 3) before attending the call.

Our Community Agreement
We lead with generosity. Celebrate each other's wins as if they were your own. Share what's working for you because someone in this room needs to hear it.
We protect what's shared here. What happens in Be The First stays in Be The First. Members share vulnerable, personal things in this space. Please honour that by keeping their stories within the community. Chatham House Rules apply. Read those rules here.
We make space for all of it. The hard days and the good ones. The doubts and the breakthroughs. The half-formed thoughts and the fully formed Speeches. You do not have to have it together to show up here.
We keep this space ad-free. This community exists for your growth, not for selling. Please avoid promoting services or opportunities without checking with Caroline first. Unauthorised promotions or adverts will be removed without notice or warning.
