LIstening - it’s a capacity most of us have, but we carelessly overlook, underuse or often take for granted. As a coach, it’s my job to be able to listen deeply and powerfully during my coaching sessions, so I can pick up every detail, every nuance, every hidden meaning. Listening may not be your day job, but it’s a great opportunity to deepen your relationships, spot hidden opportunities and bring out the best in others - both professionally and personally. My question for you to reflect on this week is, are you listening closely enough? Because it’s not enough just to listen. If real communication and connection are going to take place, you need to listen deeply, closely, attentively - so you can truly hear what is being said. Coming up in this episode:
