Note: The first Wednesday of every month is our Monthly Identity Course Deep Dive. We will use the same Zoom link as the weekly coaching call.
When joining any call, please make sure to sign into Zoom using the same email address you used to enrol in Be The First. This helps us verify your identity quickly while you're in the waiting room.

As a coaching member, you have a private space created just for you - with channels, calls, and resources specific to your coaching experience. Your private space will appear in the sidebar on your left, right underneath the Be The First Membership channels.
Everything above is yours too, and your private space is an additional layer on top.
Our Community Agreement
We lead with generosity. Celebrate each other's wins as if they were your own. Share what's working for you because someone in this room needs to hear it.
We protect what's shared here. What happens in Be The First stays in Be The First. Members share vulnerable, personal things in this space. Please honour that by keeping their stories within the community. Chatham House Rules apply. Read those rules here.
We make space for all of it. The hard days and the good ones. The doubts and the breakthroughs. The half-formed thoughts and the fully formed Speeches. You do not have to have it together to show up here.
We keep this space ad-free. This community exists for your growth, not for selling. Please avoid promoting services or opportunities without checking with Caroline first. Unauthorised promotions or adverts will be removed without notice or warning.
We show up as ourselves. No performing. No pretending. The only version of you that belongs here is the real one.
Agreeing to and abiding by the Community Agreement is a condition of your Membership. Caroline reserves the right to remove any posts or activity which breaches this Agreement. Persistent breaches which compromise or negatively impact the safety or spirit of this community may lead to disqualification from the Community.
